Foto's Studio - Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Fotos Studio! These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Fotos Studio to clients. By booking a session with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 50% days before the scheduled shoot.
Payments can be made via [Payment Methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, etc.]
Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made 15 days before the session will forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability.
If Fotos Studio needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Session Guidelines
Clients must arrive on time; delays may result in a shortened session.
Additional fees may apply for overtime beyond the agreed session duration.
No unauthorized photography or videography is allowed in the studio.
Clients are responsible for their own attire, styling, and props unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Image Delivery and Editing
Edited images will be delivered within 60 days after the session.
Basic retouching is included; additional editing requests may incur extra charges.
Unedited/raw images will not be provided unless agreed upon in writing.
6. Copyright and Usage Rights
Fotos Studio retains copyright ownership of all images.
Clients are granted personal usage rights; commercial use requires prior written permission.
Fotos Studio reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Liability and Indemnification
Fotos Studio is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage occurring during the session.
Clients are responsible for their belongings during the shoot.
In case of equipment failure or data loss, our liability is limited to a refund or a reshoot.
8. Privacy Policy
Client information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.
Images may be used for marketing unless the client opts out in writing.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of uttar pradesh, india.
